keto tortilla pizza
Being on keto, there are some things I really miss. Pizza is one of those things. I’ve tried the almond flour and cheese crust, but it was too involved and took too long for my weekly pizza craving. Plus it lacked that crispy pizza crust bite I was craving (I find most keto foods lack a a good crisp bite which I always miss). Another reason I really like this pizza is that we can personalize it for my little guy who only likes cheese versus his parents who live for pepperoni. I hope you love this as much as I do.
Keto tortilla pizza

This quick tortilla pizza can be for one person, or you can make personalize one for each member of the family. Best of all, it is keto friendly!
Ingredients
- 2 Mission Carb Balance flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
- Pepperoni (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Spray a pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking
- Place one tortilla on the pan, layer with 1/3 of the cheese
- Place the second tortilla on top of the first tortilla
- Spread the sauce onto the second tortilla
- Layer on the basil and oregano so that it's sitting in the sauce
- Cover the sauce with remaining cheese
- Add toppings like pepperoni if desired
- Put in oven for about 10 minutes, but keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn
- Enjoy!
