spicy keto turkey burgers
These turkey burgers evolved over time to become a weekly dinner staple. I love the spicy kick of the red pepper flakes. It’s a perfect recipe for a busy weeknight because it comes together in about 5 minutes. While the burgers cook in the toaster, we heat up some riced broccoli for a side. It all comes together in 25 minutes.

These spicy turkey burgers are delicious and moist. Red peppers flakes give them a kick. Paired with pepper jack cheese, it's a great flavorful mid-week dinner option.
Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat pan with oil spray and/or aluminum foil
- Mix all ingredients together
- Form 3 equal burgers. I use a scale to help with this
- Cook until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. In my oven this takes about 20 minutes
- Serve with melted cheese and sides, enjoy!
Notes
You can add less of any of the spices if it's too much for you. I do not recommend adding more pepper flakes as that will make them extremely hot. The garlic powder acts as a binding agent for the very moist ground turkey. This is similar to using bread crumbs, but carb free!. So I don't recommend less garlic powder.
